Delays Posted by Tim - 2006-11-23

So this last week has just been busy. Mike is in China. I was on vacation. Scott was doing something, and Thanksgiving was during that time too. We do have another strip ready soon, but those are the reasons for the delay. Yeah I know I promised a Chibi Strip, but that didn't happen. Stuff will be up soon. In the meantime, Preacher coming to HBO would be awesome. Honestly though, Preacher may have been one of the most disturbing series I've ever read. (The "may" is accounted by "Punisher MAX" which coincidently is also written by Garth Ennis) Will the public enjoy it? I guess if Cannibal Popes or whatever in Sin City didn't bug them, then neither will people with butts for faces. (Probably the least offensive thing in Preacher). Overall though, I've thought that the only way to do a Preacher series would be on HBO as an animated series. If they can fit the budget into a Live Action series, I'm all for it.

Sorry about a lack of updates this week. It's Thanksgiving, many of us are on vacation...and most importantly Mike is in China, so we can't get much drawing done. In the meantime, here is a pinup of Psylocke, that was drawn a long time ago. Mike had actually drawn this as part of a larger pinup/strip, but after it took him 30+ hours to draw this, we gave up on it. Maybe someday he'll finish it. There will be a Chibi strip up later today, or in the week (hopefully). In the meantime, hope you have a happy turkey day!
