Apparently Wizard did this same joke on this same day. Go check out Black Panther and Storm's wedding invitation in the latest issue. First the immovable object vs. unstoppable force thing popped in All-Star Superman. Now "No More Pants". Either I'm more psychic than I thought, or perhaps the entire community has some device that hacks into my mind and takes my ideas. Maybe it's true what they say, "Great minds think like Scott." :) (Don't worry, I'm not really that much of a cocky ass.) But when the next issue of Ultimate Fantastic Four starts using the solutions to my quantum homework, someone let me know so I can fashion a stunning aluminum foil helmet that not only goes with my new pants but is also practical. Wow, Professor X looks really happy in this strip. Almost as much so as Northstar. Gotta wonder if there's a reason he recruited young teenagers to wear tight outfits and "train" in his private mansion. Bad thoughts, bad thoughts. But as for Decimation, I think it's a pretty cool concept, even though they got to it in a cheesy way. I'd like to see the powered stay depowered, and go with this thing of mutants struggling not to be ghettoized and completely shut off from flatscan society. It's what I feel the X-Men have always been about, just even more physically so now. And who can't love Sentinel Squad O*N*E? I always wanted a giant robot. Giant robots are cool. The only thing is they keep introducing different "latest" models. X-Men is seriously starting to feel like Gundam. If they reveal OMGSUPERLASERMISSLEULTIMATE Sentinel and it can only be piloted by Professor X to stop Char^H^H^H^H Magneto from dropping Asteroid M on Earth, I'm seriously never going to read X-titles again. If you know what I'm talking about, you also watch too much anime; but it's ok because I'm here for you.

Originally when I looked at this script, it was supposed to include some girls on the last panel, when I get it back, I find out Mike has drawn all guys. Yeah, ok Mike, congrats to you! Onto another subject, I recently placed an order for this Wonder Woman bust, and recently had my order cancelled due to some snafu's on the retailer's end. The problem is I was getting a super good price for it ($30) and now everybody seems to want like $45-$50 for it. Does anybody know a good online retailer that has it for a good price? On the other hand, I could probably do the smart thing and not buy anymore stupid comic book releated toys and statues...but I probably won't. I still have a $350 Light-Up Sentinel vs. X-men Statue that I bought last year, but can't put anywhere because it's too big. You don't think about practical matters when you see something of that scale. You just say "OMG, The Sentinel LIGHTS UP, and Colossus is holding his head..." Then you charge $350 to your AMEX, and forget about it until it shows up on your doorstep. Oops. There goes little Katie's college fund.

Sorry about this past weekend. We had actually worked extra hard to get the strip up on Thursday, since I was going camping for the weekend. Then we had an explosion in traffic on Friday, the site went down, and I wasn't around to kick it back up. It shouldn't happen again. We were going to post a sketch update this week, but since not very many people got to see our "No Pants" strip, we're going to keep it on the main page. Look for a sketch update next week in addition to a normal strip. (Sorry...it's not a shirtless Colossus)
